New Maintenance Request System Is Here
The Facilities team is excited to announce that our new maintenance ticketing system, Limble, has officially launched! You will see QR codes around campus that offer you a quick and easy way to submit a maintenance request. Scan the unique building code with your phone’s camera to bring up a new ticket. Share the details of your request and add a photo of the problem for clarity. When the ticket has been completed, a member of the team can submit a response letting you know the issue has been resolved. For questions or feedback, please email maintenance@luthersem.edu. For more info on how to use, visit their website.
Winter Windows

Click here for video instructions for video instructions if you’re unfamiliar with sash-style windows. If you have any problems, just scan the nearest QR code to submit a maintenance request for help!
