Luther Seminary will be conducting fire alarm drills at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 2. Fire alarms will be activated in Bockman Hall, Gullixson Hall, and Olson Community Center simultaneously. All occupants will be expected to leave the buildings during the drill and to remain outside until the all clear is given.
Everyone is invited to lunch church this Thursday, November 3 at 11 a.m., OCC Dining Room. During this week of celebrating the communion of Saints, we invite you to bring a photo or a memento of a Saint in your faith and life who is now part of the Communion of Saints Eternal. This will be a sacred time for you to remember and share with others about the way God worked through this person to form a part of your life in faith.
You are also welcome to join us online. A Zoom link will be provided on Thursday.
All Residential, Commuter, and International Students: Your student council reps would love to invite you to the OCC this Thursday, November 3 at 5:30 p.m. for tacos! The main purpose of this is to hear your voices and what you would like from the student council this year so we can best represent your concerns. Plus we have such a great community we’ll take any excuse to have free tacos with y’all.
Please come if you’re able! Not only are your voices important, but you need to eat dinner anyway, so why not get a free one.
If you are unavailable, please email your rep with anything you would like to bring up; we’re here for you!
You’re invited to Virtual Success After Seminary, a webinar hosted by the Church Pension Group. The Church Pension Group provides retirement, health, and life insurance benefits to clergy and lay employees of The Episcopal Church, and this opportunity will help you understand the benefits you may be provided after ordination. Choose the time on Nov 4 that works for you.
This webinar is designed for seminarians (middlers, seniors, and Anglican Studies students) on the ordination track to become priests in the Episcopal Church. This presentation is one hour, with an optional 30-minute Q&A. Spouses and partners are welcome.
You can learn more at the links above, or email questions to the Church Pension Group at SASadmissions@cpg.org.

Enjoy food and fellowship at this year’s Global Agape Feast! This is a time of celebration with our global community on campus; a few of our international students will be gracing us with a song and food from their context.
The feast is a potluck-style, global celebration of thanksgiving. Please bring a dish from your tradition to share or something to contribute and join the Luther community in this global festival!
