Yoga at 10:15 a.m. Central today
Elizabeth Schoenknecht will lead a yoga class series via Zoom this fall at 10:15 a.m. Central Friday mornings.
Come join us to get your body moving indoors and be present with your fellow community members.
Yoga will be available the following dates: November 13, November 20, December 4, December 11, and December 18.
You can come to any or all of the sessions, and all abilities and levels of experience are welcome!
