Luther Seminary no longer offers short-term housing options to non-students.

Luther Seminary has arranged special pricing at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott® Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville in Roseville, Minnesota (5.3 miles from campus), which includes complimentary breakfast, WiFi, and shuttle service to and from campus before and after class. If you plan to use the shuttle, please note this in your reservation and check the shuttle schedule at check-in.

A room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites costs $87 plus tax per night, good through 2023. Rooms may be single or double-occupancy. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your reservation. A Government issued ID and Credit Card are required upon check-in.

Those who wish to find a roommate to split the cost of a double-occupancy room should use the Luther Seminary Community Life Facebook page or the Facebook page for their cohort. The Fairfield Inn & Suites will not accept partial reservations or assist in finding roommates.

If the Fairfield Inn is at capacity, students may call and ask for the Luther Seminary rate at the Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville and Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville or check our website for a listing of area hotels.
