We continue the move towards our Campus of the Future this academic year. Our goal is to maximize the use of our available units and to help foster community for our new students.
All leases will run through June 30, 2023, unless a shorter term is requested and approved. Deposits are equal to one month’s rent. All rent will be charged to your student account which must be paid off to receive your diploma and transcripts. Please read all following information before emailing questions to Housing.

Bockman Hall
Bockman Hall is a multi-purpose building with classrooms, faculty and staff offices, kitchen and lounge space, and dormitory rooms. Dormitory rooms are on the top floor of the building which is only accessible by residents and approved staff with an active seminary key card. One wing houses female students while another houses male students. The bathrooms are separated by gender with an all gender restroom and shower available as well. The majority of our international students live here.
Housing for individual students. Animals are not allowed in Bockman.
Rent is charged by semester to student accounts (Sept-Jan; Feb-June).

Housing for individual students; 3 efficiency apartments and six 1-bedroom apartments. Animals are not allowed in LDR.
