Beginning this month (October), the new deadline for submitting additional pay is the 13th of each month. The 13th of each month is also the new monthly deadline for all employee time approvals by managers. If the 13th falls on a weekend, the deadline is the following Monday. Anything submitted after this deadline will be paid the following month. This change is to help with ongoing complexities in our systems and to ensure our processes are as efficient and equitable as possible.
