Expanded copy services reminder

Posted on September 18, 2018

This change happened over the summer so with the term having started this is a reminder about the new copy center service (this message was posted back in June).

We are excited to announce a new shared service with Augsburg University — a full service copy center by Loffler. The Augsburg copy center, run by Loffler, will begin processing all copy jobs from the seminary starting June 25. The very large copier at the seminary has reached the end of its lease. The volume is too low to justify leasing a new machine.

This is a great opportunity to make a change and improve the copy service options available.

The main changes you’ll see day-to-day are

– Many more paper and finishing options.
– Electronic-preferred job submission to copycenter@luthersem.edu.
Have a physical document? Use your closest copier to scan to email for electronic submission. Alternatively, use the drop-off basket in the mailroom for a physical original. Electronic submission will always be the fastest.
– Two delivery runs per week to the mailroom: Tuesday and Thursday.
– Rush orders may be possible if you call 612-330-1054.

If you have any questions, please contact Doug Rosenberg, Manager of Purchasing and Central Services, rosenbe2@augsburg.edu, 612-330-1297.
