Wisdom Ways Center for Spirituality is seeking presentations on ecology, environmental justice, and interdependence for their Stronger Together: Community and Resilience in a Changing Climate conference this June 27-28. Submissions are due April 15. Topics include climate grief and resilience, food sovereignty, disability and ecojustice, Indigenous religion and the earth, and more. Panels, workshops, and immersive teaching formats are welcome. Students are encouraged to submit. Beginning this Thursday afternoon, the Facilities team will implement a new trash collection procedure. Staff are requested to place trash bins and recycling bins outside their office doors prior to the scheduled collection time. We are asking you to place them outside your office to maintain your privacy and document security. The custodial staff will collect these items between 2 and 6 p.m. Please have your bins out prior to this. This change is intended to improve efficiency and ensure a clean and well-maintained work environment. We appreciate your cooperation and support in implementing this process. The Operations and Technology Department has planned a severe weather drill for Wednesday, April 1 at 1 p.m. The drill will commence when the city’s planned outdoor warning siren test begins at 1 p.m. This exercise is an important part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and preparedness of our campus community. During the drill, we ask that all individuals follow the designated shelter procedures for their respective locations. Designated shelter areas are:

• Gullixson Hall and Bockman Hall. Tunnels and basement corridors connected by the tunnel between both buildings
• Olson Campus Center. Basement level

When the sirens sound, please proceed promptly and calmly to the appropriate shelter area and remain there until the drill has concluded by the direction of operations staff.
