We begin our 5-week journey through our ABIDE framework this week by exploring how Accountability is grounded in the public practice of confession. Dr. Jennifer Pietz is our preacher. She will center us in John 13:1-17, 34-35.

This is an important series in the life of our seminary community. If you are on or near campus I invite you to set aside 11:00-noon every Wednesday as a sabbath rest in the middle of the week. We will explore each aspect of ABIDE through preaching, scripture, and sacrament. Then, we will gather after chapel for fellowship around treats from Fruit and Nut Bakery.

If you are not able to come to campus, you are invited to join us live on YouTube, or tune in whenever you are able.

My prayer is that this series will help us to find unity and stability as we move into the next phase of our adventure together as a seminary that educates Christian public leaders.
