Rippling Training: Timecard & Time Off Management. Please join us for a session that includes an overview of: reviewing and approving timecards, making necessary adjustments to timecards; and managing, approving, and reviewing time off requests. This training will give you the tools and knowledge to handle timecard approvals and manage time-off requests effectively. Invites were sent out for November 19 and 20. Dear Luther Community,
I am happy to announce that Stanley Ayashim (‘21) has been appointed to a half-time position as Residential Life Program Coordinator. Stanley will join the Student Affairs Team and will report to me. The Residential Life Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the seminary’s residential life program, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment for students. This role directly contributes to student retention and satisfaction by managing housing logistics, coordinating student activities, and serving as a primary point of contact for residential students. Stanley will continue in his role as associate pastor at First Lutheran Church in Saint Paul with a reduced load. His ministry background includes coordinating volunteers, missions outreach, disaster response, emergency management, and customer service. I offer my gratitude to the members of the search committee and our Office of Human Resources for their assistance. Please join me in welcoming Stanley to the community.
