Office of Technology—New Helpdesk Ticketing System
Luther Seminary, along with Augsburg, is continuing the process of moving to a new ticketing system – TeamDynamix – for organizing and tracking issues and requests. TeamDynamix has new tools to help improve our responsiveness, provide better support offerings and information resources, and increase cybersecurity. We are moving Luther Seminary support requests over to TeamDynamix this week.
When you email helpdesk@luthersem.edu for IT support, you will notice a slightly different message format to responses you receive, and that the responses will come from an @highered-sharedservices.org email address instead. Rest assured, it’s still the Luther Seminary OT team on the other end. More features will be rolled out in the coming months, so look for more information coming soon.
If you have any questions – please let us know at: helpdesk@luthersem.edu
