Zoom Phone Emergency Locations FAQ
When dialing 911 using your seminary Zoom phone number from on-campus, emergency responders will automatically be provided your on-campus location. When dialing from off-campus, emergency responders will receive your location only if you individually configure a Zoom Phone Emergency Location on your Zoom account on a per Wi-Fi network basis. This process is quick and easy—see our Emergency Locations in Zoom document for full instructions. Once you configure an emergency location for a Wi-Fi network, it will be retained moving forward. Please reach out to helpdesk@luthersem.edu with any questions or for assistance with this.
