Fall Air Conditioner Removal
As we transition into the fall season, the Facilities team will begin removing window air conditioning units across campus starting Monday, October 5. Facilities staff will be working throughout campus to remove and store the units for the season. We will do our best to minimize disruptions while working in offices, classrooms, and other inhabited spaces. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this seasonal work. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Facilities team.
Mixed Blood Theatre at Bethlehem Lutheran – October 11
Theatre, food, and voting rights! Equitable Dinners are a social justice initiative by Mixed Blood Theatre designed to bring strangers and friends from diverse backgrounds to experience theatre, share a meal, and talk about complex issues. This interactive play (Let’s Save Democracy!) and the conversations surrounding it—hosted at Bethlehem Lutheran Church’s Minneapolis campus on Sunday, October 11 at 5 p.m.—takes an in-depth look at voting rights, what democracy asks of us, and how we can prepare to ensure our votes and those of our friends and neighbors. The dinner features delicious Mediterranean salad and focaccia with tasty dessert. As a part of the evening, you will be invited to organize your own voting rights direct action, which may include hosting a mail-in ballot party, poll walks, or organizing a carpool to the polls. Register for dinner here.
