Come and sing with us! All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join the Luther Seminary Chapel Choir. We rehearse weekly 12:15-1:15 p.m. after Wednesday chapel and sing about once a month during Wednesday worship. People of all singing and music-reading abilities are welcome. Please fill out this online form to indicate your interest. Our first rehearsal will be September 30.

Do you come from a fundamentalist or evangelical background? Have you had to deconstruct and reconstruct your faith? This is the group for you! We’ll be holding an interest meeting on Zoom (link in email) on Friday, October 2 at 11 a.m. CT. Our first meeting will be mostly introductions, but think about these questions ahead of time: What does a deconstructed or reconstructed faith look like to you? What has your journey been like? This group is meant to be a safe space for folks to talk about our faith stories and how they’ve changed—or not changed—throughout our lives. Join us for a day of inspiration, practical learning, joy, and fun designed for pastors and lay leaders at the Re:Church conference on the theme of “Reimagining the Future of Rural Ministry Together.” On Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Calvary Lutheran in Alexandria, MN, hear from Michael Chan of Concordia College, Kara Powell of Fuller Seminary, and Ben Winchester, a rural sociologist—three of today’s most thoughtful voices on faith, leadership, and the future of the church. Up to five people could travel with Jon Anderson, our director of Rural Ministries, to the event that day, leaving at 6:30 a.m. and returning around 6:30 p.m. Costs of transportation and event will be covered by a generous gift from a donor who supports rural ministry.
