We’ll meet October 4th from 4:30 pm – 6 pm (Central Time) in Olson Campus Center room 10 AND live online via Zoom at the same time. Zoom link will be provided in the community announcements email. This is the larger classroom on the basement level and there is no need for you to register to attend.
Blessing of Pets October 4
On the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, we welcome your pets, pictures and/or memories thereof to be blessed at our Chapel Service. Chapel is at 11 a.m. in the Olson Campus Center.
You’re Invited: Campaign Celebration Reception
You are invited to attend a gathering of faculty, staff, students, and supporters of the Seminary on October 6 to celebrate the successful close of the Listen! God is Calling campaign. We have exceeded the fundraising goal for the Listen! God is Calling campaign, for the future of the church. More than 15,000 faithful investors have given over $98 million, since July 1, 2016.
This celebration is a thank you to the entire community for the success of the campaign. We would not have exceeded the campaign goal without your involvement!
If you’re in the area and able to join us, we’d love to celebrate with you on October 6 in the Olson Campus Center, beginning at 4:30pm. We’ll have appetizers, beverages, and live music from Rolf Jacobson’s band, the Fleshpots of Egypt.

Native American Heritage Month at Luther Library
Native American Heritage Month is celebrated throughout the latter half of October and the month of November. In some places it replaces the October 12 celebration of Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day. For resources on Native American Heritage and Indigenous Religions, see this Luther Library Research Guide.
