On January 31, at a special meeting, the Luther Seminary Student Council voted unanimously to approve a proposal that calls for Luther to begin the process to become a Reconciling in Christ organization. Becoming Reconciling in Christ would mean that Luther openly and intentionally welcomes, affirms, and offers protection for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC students.

Everyone student, faculty, and staff member at Luther needs to read this article, and then stay tuned for Part Two next week!
