Coffee and Candidacy: ELCA Endorsement

With the new semester starting, we’ve got more Luther Experiences for you to sign up for!
Making Salads Worth Eating with Elise Uphoff
7 p.m. Central March 10
Learn a simple method to creating healthful, beautiful salads as side dishes and as meals.
Pet CPR with Heather Nicoletti
7 p.m. Central March 25
Learn basic pet first aid and CPR with a live demonstration on her awesome dog, Big Mac. Heather will show you what essential items are needed for any first aid kit for your pets. She will also demonstrate a couple of first aid treatments, like wound care and checking vital signs. And of course, she will demonstrate CPR on at least one dog and hopefully one cat (cat willing). Heather was a veterinary technician for over seven years and volunteers with animal rescues doing fostering and administration.

Come join us to get your body moving indoors and be present with your fellow community members. You can come to just one class or make it a part of your routine and come every week. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome!
