Lutheran Campus Ministry-Twin Cities Seminary Intern

New and current Luther Seminary students are invited to apply for an internship with Lutheran Campus Ministry Twin Cities. The LCM Outreach intern works with current University of Minnesota student leaders to reach out and build relationships with students in Saint Paul, cultivates and leads a meaningful small group on the Saint Paul Campus, and learns from and contributes to the broader LCM-TC community. There are opportunities for further learning, growth, development, and travel depending on the desires and capacity of the person. The position is 10 hours a week and is paid. A 2-year commitment (Aug 15-May 15) is encouraged, and preference will be given to those who can make that commitment. The intern must be available on Wednesday nights during the academic year. Deadline to apply is July 31, and applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis. Start date is flexible, ideally around August 15. Want to get more out of Google Calendar? A new training is available: Mastering Google Calendar. The Office of Technology is now offering individual and group training sessions focused on key features that help you streamline scheduling and improve team coordination. You’ll learn:

  • How to set your working location (remote, on-site, hybrid)
  • Calendar sharing settings (Free/Busy vs. full visibility)
  • Attaching Google Docs and links to calendar events
  • Inviting individuals and Google Groups to meetings
  • Adding the academic calendar to your Google Calendar
  • Tips, shortcuts, and best practices to save time

The training is designed for staff, faculty, and departments looking to enhance their daily calendar use. The format can be one-on-one or group sessions—and we can be flexible to your schedule.
