We are pleased to announce the start of a campus-wide lighting replacement project. Over the coming weeks, electricians will be working throughout campus to replace existing light fixtures with new, energy-efficient LED fixtures. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our facilities, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing the overall campus environment. Our contractors will be moving through buildings and individual spaces in phases. While some temporary noise and minor disruptions are unavoidable, we will make every effort to minimize the impact on daily campus operations. To help reduce disruptions, work inside individual offices will be scheduled whenever possible on Mondays and Fridays, when many employees work remotely. Our goal is to complete work in occupied spaces as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining access to offices whenever feasible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this important campus improvement project. If electricians need temporary access to your office or workspace, they will work to minimize the time required.
