- How to set your working location (remote, on-site, hybrid)
- Calendar sharing settings (Free/Busy vs. full visibility)
- Attaching Google Docs and links to calendar events
- Inviting individuals and Google Groups to meetings
- Adding the academic calendar to your Google Calendar
- Tips, shortcuts, and best practices to save time
