Open enrollment began last week and closes this Thursday. Open enrollment is an important way to maximize your compensation and support your family’s well-being. Look for an email from Portico with instructions on how to make your 2025 benefits elections (this will go to the personal email you have on file with Portico). For 2025, there are no changes to the medical plans currently offered. There is the addition of a Roth IRA (post-tax) as an investment option.
