Students—we are reaching the end of the fiscal year and need your FY23-24 payment receipts or invoices from your spiritual directors as soon as possible. Sessions must have occurred between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. The forms should be submitted by July 1, 2024. The Brivo installation process has gone more slowly than our contractor planned, but they are aiming to have all of the new locks and card readers installed by the end of this week. Once locks and readers are installed, the next step is to install and configure the video intercom system that will allow us to implement our visitor policy when buildings are locked during operating hours. We expect the intercoms to be operational in early July and will notify the campus community when we are ready to move to a locked campus.
