TONIGHT: Hymntap
During the Fall RFS, warm up those vocal cords ’cause it is Hymntap night! Join us tonight, September 18, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Dubliner Pub (2162 University Ave.) for a night of drinks and singing led by Professor Rolf Jacobson and the Fleshpots of Egypt.
If you are interested in coming to the Hymntap, we welcome you to carpool to the Dubliner. Use this link to sign up for carpool. Pizza will be provided by Student Affairs. Hope to see you all there!

Kazu Haga Author Event
This summer over 50 students, staff and faculty met in book clubs to read “Healing Resistance: A Radically Different Response to Harm.” Now everyone in the Luther Sem Community is invited to join our culminating event, a Q&A Session with the author Kazu Haga!
We’ll be meeting on Tuesday, September 19 from 2:30-4 p.m. Central Time to hear him answer questions (over Zoom) about the book and about the practice of Kingian Nonviolence. Join in person in the OCC Dining Room or online via Zoom.
You don’t have to have read the book or participated in the book clubs to join! The session will be recorded. Hope to see you there! Any questions, reach out to lmildahl001@luthersem.edu.
Headshot Opportunity for New Staff and Faculty
For staff and faculty members, if you have never gotten a photo headshot at Luther Seminary, sign up for a headshot time slot for Wednesday, September 20. Photos will be taken at OCC between 8:00-11:30 a.m.
