Ready for an art and Bible break? Join Professor Thomason at 2:00 p.m. CT today for a livestream art session on YouTube at https://youtube.com/live/W3BTIwS8sPM?feature=share . This week he is beginning the coloring process for A Cartoonist’s Guide to Acts.

This is a weekly session that allows you to experience the process of creating a graphic novel. He’ll be inking and painting in Photoshop during these next few weeks. This book will become the basis for the upcoming Faith+Lead Academy Course on the book of Acts. You can watch the session any time after the fact, as well as view the past week’s sessions on YouTube.

Bring a lawn chair/blanket and a snack to share! We’re watching Encanto in Linden Hills Park sponsored by Minneapolis Parks and Rec! Let’s gather on August 7 at 8 p.m. and the movie starts at 8:30 p.m.

Community Life will supply some snacks and soda water. We’re excited to gather in the beautiful community Luther is surrounded by.

We’re going to the Saint Paul Saints game on August 17th at 7:07 p.m. We have 20 tickets available to students (incoming included!!), staff, and faculty (and family)! Join us and enjoy the game!

We will also carpool, so please indicate your carpool needs/abilities in this form! Those who drive for the carpool will be reimbursed for mileage and parking.
