Invoices, Expense Reports, and Voucher Request Forms:
Please make sure to send any invoices, expense reports, voucher forms, or requests for reimbursement for items or services you received before June 30, 2023. The deadline for submitting these documents is Wednesday, July 26, 2023. It’s important to include the correct codes and obtain the necessary approvals for your submissions. You can either email them to busoffice@luthersem.edu or drop them off at the Business Office.

Note: If you have received any items or services but haven’t received an invoice from the vendor before the due date, please reach out to Tony Herrera (aherrera001@luthersem.edu) before Friday, July 28, 2023.

Credit Card Statements and Receipts:
Please make sure to send your credit card statements for the month of June along with the receipts that support the transactions to the Business Office by Wednesday, July 26, 2023.

We’re kicking off our weekly summer yoga this Friday! Emelie Clements (‘25 and certified yoga instructor) will be leading yin yoga classes weekly to help us slow down, breathe, and stretch together. You’re invited!

Join Community Life for a Virtual Game Night!
We’ll play virtual tabletop games as well as Jackbox games! New students are welcome to join! We’re looking forward to a night of fellowship and fun!

We will be hosting the first in-person gathering of students located in the Pacific Northwest on Saturday, July 29th from 12-2 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church 1700 Edmonds Ave NE Renton, WA. This will be a great time for fellowship with other students from the area. New students, current students, and recent grads will all be welcome! Whether you live here, you’re interning here, or you’re just visiting the area, we’d love to have you.
