When dialing 911 using your seminary Zoom phone number from on-campus, emergency responders will automatically be provided your on-campus location. When dialing from off-campus, emergency responders will receive your location only if you individually configure a Zoom Phone Emergency Location on your Zoom account on a per Wi-Fi network basis. This process is quick and easy—see our Emergency Locations in Zoom document for full instructions. Once you configure an emergency location for a Wi-Fi network, it will be retained moving forward. Join us Wednesday, April 30 for a chapel service with Pastor Laura Cannata, who will preach on ideas around accessibility in Luke 5. Lunch will be provided after the service. During lunch, Pastor Laura will make a brief participatory presentation to the audience on “Disability Theology Contrasted with Ableist Theology.” Pastor Cannata is a Justice Minister ordained in the United Church of Christ. She graduated from United Theological Seminary in 2016 and specializes in disability and mental health justice. Laura herself lives with multiple physical and mental health disabilities. She serves on the board of director’s for Disability Ministries and, in her professional practice, is involved in preaching, speaking, and educational engagements.
