In this devotion, Vernon J. Bittner ’61 M.Th., Th.D., reminds us that we all need forgiveness and healing because we all have missed the mark. Read today’s God Pause.

We gather at 11:00 a.m. CT in the OCC Dining Room for Lunch Church.
Lunch Church x Why Jesus?
This month’s speaker is M.Div. student Ann Emilie Tjorhom. “Why Jesus?” is a series of talks designed to help build community here at Luther and to model the practice of Christian testimony. Speakers—faculty, staff, students—focus on two questions: “Why am I a Christian?” and “What difference does Jesus make in my life?” Lunch is provided.

Prospective Students on Campus

Brewery Night in the West Metro – April
Join us Thursday, April 24, 7-9 p.m. for a Brewery Night in the West Metro hosted by the student council rep for commuter students. This spring we are trying to have gatherings once a month out in the suburbs to make it easier for those of us that live a little bit further out from campus. This month we’ll gather at Luce Line Brewery in Plymouth for an evening of fun, fellowship, and food (food is on us, you have to buy your own alcohol). Everyone—students, faculty, staff—is welcome, especially those who love craft beer and/or live in the West Metro. Watch for future gatherings in other suburban communities. Questions? Contact Lauren (lmildahl001).
