Updates from the Student Council
Hello from the 2024-2025 Luther Seminary Student Council Executive Team! We are President Linda Davies, Vice President Erik Nelson, Treasurer Brent Seewald-Marquardt, and Secretary Katie Weiland. We had our first meeting on July 13 to address several pieces of important business. We set dates for fall student council elections—at the end of September. We encourage all students to start thinking about whom they might nominate to serve our community on the council. We also chose a faculty advisor and are greatly pleased that Dr. Karoline Lewis has agreed to be with us again this year. We also approved some fund requests from students who are pursuing continuing education programs and trainings. The executive team wants to thank the Luther community for their support. Questions and comments are always welcome.
