The Marcomm and OT teams have been working on cleaning up MyLutherNet to improve the user experience and reorganizing both MLN and Inside Luther so they work better together. This initiative is in response to user feedback, including a recent Pocket Survey in which many students indicated a desire to have a more navigable MLN, and to feedback from staff and faculty. The workgroup will work directly with department representatives on updates and changes and will report out with an update when the project is complete. If you have questions, please contact Laurel Forsgren (lforsgren001@luthersem.edu).

Open Enrollment Now through October 24
Open enrollment began last week and closes this Thursday. Open enrollment is an important way to maximize your compensation and support your family’s well-being. Look for an email from Portico with instructions on how to make your 2025 benefits elections (this will go to the personal email you have on file with Portico). For 2025, there are no changes to the medical plans currently offered. There is the addition of a Roth IRA (post-tax) as an investment option. The deadline for open enrollment elections is Thursday, October 24. The Portico video (with slides) about 2025 Annual Benefits can be viewed on Google Drive. If you have any questions about open enrollment, please contact Carrie Johnson (cjohnson007@luthersem.edu).
