Faith Formation Retreat Opportunity
The Luther community is invited to join the Saint Paul Area Synod in an immersion retreat into the catechumenate, an ancient practice of spiritual formation.
This retreat, led by wise and experienced pastor and author of Faith Forming Faith, Paul Hoffman, will be a deep dive into the question “how do I become a follower of Jesus?” and will be both experiential and educational.
When: Monday, Nov. 12-Wednesday, Nov. 14.
Cost: $150, after support from Spirit Lab
Where: Christ the King Retreat Center in Buffalo, MN

Lutheran Social Services Gala
Hi all! Lutheran Social Services is hosting a Gala on Saturday, September 22nd. They’ve offered to provide a table free-of-charge for 10 Luther students! The night is truly inspiring and teaches so much about the services of LSS. While it is a fundraiser, it is not expected of Luther Seminary students to make a donation, but simply to attend the event and learn about all that LSS has to offer! Dinner will be provided!
This event will be at the Downtown Hilton Minneapolis (1001 Marquette Avenue South) and will begin at 5:30 pm.
