ELCA Endorsement Info Sessions
Have you just completed CPE or are in the process of doing so? You might be wondering when you should schedule endorsement and what you need to do to prepare. There are a few things to consider as we plan. Ashley Wheeler, associate director of Candidacy and Vocational Formation, will be hosting several info sessions on the endorsement process. Sign up for a time that works for your schedule or to receive a recording. If you have questions, please reach out to Ashley (awheeler002@luthersem.edu).
Student AI Survey
The Faculty Standing Committee on Academic Integrity has been tasked with educating students and faculty on best practices for the use of artificial intelligence in a seminary setting. To do this as effectively as possible, we would like to hear from you! Please complete this survey, which asks questions about your knowledge and use of generative AI. Generative AI is a type of artificial intelligence that can generate text, images, and other kinds of information using machine learning algorithms in response to user prompts. A team of faculty and academic staff is working with the Office of Institutional Research to conduct this survey. All responses are completely anonymous and confidential. We ask no identifying questions, and email addresses are not connected to the survey link. Please answer honestly and completely. Contact Dr. Cameron Howard with questions about the committee or the project: choward002@luthersem.edu. If you have issues with the survey, contact the Office of Institutional Research, research@luthersem.edu. Take the survey today!
