Mary Ann Teske Retirement Open House
Friends, our talented and dedicated colleague Mary Ann has decided it’s time to hang up her cataloging hat and enjoy the joys of retirement. Help us celebrate her many, many years of service in the Luther Seminary Library at an open house in her honor to be held Tuesday, June 4 from 10 a.m. to noon in the library. There will be cake—chocolate, of course—and time to mingle and wish Mary Ann well as she embarks on her life after Luther Seminary. Please join us!
Summer Air Conditioner Install
Summer is almost here! Seminary facilities staff will be installing window air conditioning units beginning this week. Staff will coordinate individually with office occupants to find an agreeable time during the day—approximately 30 minutes—so this work can be performed in the least disruptive manner. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Please reach out if you have any questions to Feleshia Edwards, fedwards001@luthersem.edu, or Rob Verke, rverke001@luthersem.edu.
Update: Seminary ID Required for Building Access
Last week we began the changeover to our new Brivo access control system. Technicians will be working on doors across campus. We expect this work to continue until June 7. During this changeover period, campus buildings will continue to be unlocked during normal operating hours. When the changeover is complete and all required systems are in place, we will announce the transition to locked doors on campus during operating hours. Please refer to the New Luther Seminary Brivo Access Control System FAQ document for more info. If you have any questions, contact Chris Jacobsen, cjacobsen003@luthersem.edu.
