As we approach tax season and continue to navigate our transition from Paylocity to Rippling for all things payroll, here is one final reminder for downloading electronic versions of your W2 and 1095 forms in the Paylocity platform.

• Log in to Paylocity
• Under the hamburger menu (top left), select Self Service Portal
• In the middle column at the top, open the Pay menu (click the arrow)
• The Pay window expands. Click the More menu (arrow in bottom right)
• Click on Tax Forms
• In the left nav, select the form you want to view. Click download (top right orange button).

When you click into the Tax Forms menu and/or when you click the orange button to download a form, you might be prompted to receive a passcode (Password Protect window). To bypass this, click on the small square box below that reading “Do not password protect this information.” Then click “View PDF” and download.
