In IT this week we are saying farewell to Matt Schornstein who has been in the Augsburg IT department since 2004. Matt has led the infrastructure team since 2011. He and his team run the IT you use daily but don’t see—WiFi, wired networks, servers. Matt has led that team through over a decade of incredible growth and change in technologies. And with the shared services agreement in 2016, he added Luther Seminary’s network to what he oversaw.
We appreciate all that Matt has accomplished and he will be sorely missed. Matt’s last day is Friday, October 27.
