Barb Hutson’s Retirement

Posted on July 12, 2023

Barb Hutson, prospect development and campaign manager in Seminary Relations, has announced her retirement. Her last day with Luther Seminary will be Wednesday, July 19.

Barb has served Luther Seminary for nearly 7 years. During this time, she has been instrumental in the success of our recent Listen! God is Calling campaign and played an instrumental role in securing several key transformational investments for the Seminary. Barb will be missed by her colleagues who have come to rely on her attention to detail, strategic decisions, project management, and spirit of collaboration and accountability.

Barb and her husband plan to relocate to Florida in the near future. Per her request, the Seminary Relations department will hold a retirement gathering to celebrate her retirement.

We have posted our Prospect Development and Campaign Manager position. Please take a moment and share this opportunity with your professional network. Direct questions regarding this position to Dan Sassenberg.
