We would like to invite you to join us for in-person or online yoga sessions with instructor Ashley Wheeler and Elizabeth Schoenknecht.

Every Tuesday session (in-person) will take place in the OCC building from 11:45-12:15. This is a great opportunity to take a break from your studies and focus on your physical and mental well-being.

Please note that we also offer online yoga sessions every Monday from 12:00-12:30 and every Friday from 11:30-12:00.
