You are invited to attend a gathering of faculty, staff, students, and supporters of the Seminary on October 6 to celebrate the successful close of the Listen! God is Calling campaign. We have exceeded the fundraising goal for the Listen! God is Calling campaign, for the future of the church. More than 15,000 faithful investors have given over $98 million, since July 1, 2016.
This celebration is a thank you to the entire community for the success of the campaign. We would not have exceeded the campaign goal without your involvement!
If you’re in the area and able to join us, we’d love to celebrate with you on October 6 in the Olson Campus Center, beginning at 4:30pm. We’ll have appetizers, beverages, and live music from Rolf Jacobson’s band, the Fleshpots of Egypt.

4:50 pm – Campaign Celebration Reception – Olson Campus Center
5:10 pm – A word of thanks from President Robin Steinke & Board Chair Marge Hegge

Warm up those vocal chords, ’cause it’s Hymntap night! Join us tonight, September 19th from 7-9pm at the Dubliner Pub (2162 University Ave.) for a night of drinks and singing led by Professor Rolf Jacobson and the Fleshpots of Egypt. Pizza will be provided by Student Affairs. Hope to see you all there!
If you miss us at the Hymntap, that is ok! We are doing round two here on campus. Join us September 22, from 4:30–5:30 for the RFS Happy Hour and Hymn Sing on the lawn outside of OCC. Beer, wine, and non alcoholic drinks are provided by Bubbly Loon, food is provided by La Tapatia, and music is by Hans Lundquist and friends. Come on by for music, drinks, food, and fun.
COMMUTER AND RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS—Last Spring we started a pizza-and-trivia Tuesdays. This event was a wonderful opportunity to disconnect from the stresses of the world and play some trivia with students, staff, and faculty. We want this event to work for as many people as possible. Please indicate which day(s) you would be able to be on campus after chapel. We are deciding between Tuesday and Wednesday. Our first pizza and trivia lunch will be Wednesday September 28th, but we are deciding which day will be recurring. Please fill out this form.
