Back-to-School Block Party!
Come celebrate the beginning of another year of learning, growth, and fellowship at our Back-to-School Block Party on Friday September 16th, 4pm-6pm, right before the first RFS session! We will be located by OCC. Food will be free and catered by Nelson’s Deli. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available. This will be a great opportunity to connect with new and old friends. Let’s start this school year well with friends, games, and free food!
Student ID Sign-Up
If you would like to have your student ID made during your time on campus for the RFS, please sign up for a timeslot on the ID sign-up spreadsheet.
When it is your time, stop by the circulation desk in the library (Gullixson Hall Level 2) to have your ID made. Please note that ID making is unavailable on Wednesday, September 21.
Please contact Peter Watters(pwatters002@luthersem.edu) with questions.

You’re Invited: Campaign Celebration Reception
You are invited to attend a gathering of faculty, staff, students, and supporters of the Seminary on October 6 to celebrate the successful close of the Listen! God is Calling campaign. We have exceeded the fundraising goal for the Listen! God is Calling campaign, for the future of the church. More than 15,000 faithful investors have given over $98 million, since July 1, 2016.
This celebration is a thank you to the entire community for the success of the campaign. We would not have exceeded the campaign goal without your involvement!
If you’re in the area and able to join us, we’d love to celebrate with you on October 6 in the Olson Campus Center, beginning at 4:30pm. We’ll have appetizers, beverages, and live music from Rolf Jacobson’s band, the Fleshpots of Egypt.

We would like to invite those of you who joined us in our 3rd annual Summer Book Club (and those who are curious about it) to join us for our end of the summer celebration. This will be a chance to reflect on the amazing work of Keri Day (“Notes of a Native Daughter”) and look forward to how it can inform our work moving forward.
