The Concord: Faith is Nothing Without Love by Dan O’Brien

Posted on May 10, 2022

Do you ever feel like we’re in the early stages of another reformation?

While studying Martin Luther’s struggles to guide the burgeoning Protestant movement for a history class, Dan O’Brien noticed similarities between Luther’s attempt to bridge divisions between reformers and the divisions that have emerged at Luther Seminary after the Enterprise Leadership Team refused to consider the Student Council’s proposal to become a Reconciling in Christ institution. And so he wrote a paper/article on the wisdom that Luther’s eight sermons at Wittenberg might have for the students, staff, and faculty at Luther Seminary today. Read his article at The Concord’s website today, and offer your own insights in the comments!
