St. Olaf College invites students, faculty, and staff at Luther Seminary to its bi-annual Conference on Worship, Theology, and the Arts taking place July 25–28. CWTA offers professional development, spiritual nourishment, and networking opportunities for persons engaged in congregational ministry–and they are offering special discounts for seminarians and candidates for rostered ministry!
The 2022 conference theme is “Scatter the Imagination of Our Hearts,” based on Mary’s proclamation in the Magnificat (Luke 1.51). Conference participants will reflect on how the people of God can challenge, change, and inspire, especially as faith communities imagine new responses to the twin pandemics of COVID-19 and structural racism. Both in-person and virtual tracks are offered.
Presenters at the conference include:
Willie James Jennings
Eunjoo Mary Kim
Kelly Sherman-Conroy
Katherine Parent
Anton Armstrong
Tesfa Wondemagegnehu
Joe Davis
and many more!
Seminary students and those who are candidates for ordination in their denominations will receive a $300 discount on registration fees for in-person conference and a $150 discount on registration fees for our virtual track!
