Student Representative Positions on the Word & World Board for 2022-23
Word & World is the faculty journal for Luther Seminary, and its purpose is to publish articles and information on theology for Christian ministry. Every year we invite two Luther Seminary students (any degree program) to serve as student representatives to the journal’s governing board. The purpose is to gain input from future theological leaders about our publishing program. Duties are basically to attend two to three meetings a year and to act as a sounding board for our plans. More engagement with the journal is possible, but not a condition for application. For information on Word & World see our website.
To apply for one of these two positions, send a letter of application to the editor, Professor Mark Granquist, at email@example.com. Letters should explain why you are applying for this position, what you can bring to the position, and how you think that this experience would benefit you and the journal. Applications are due by Friday, May 6.
