The Luther Seminary community is invited to hear Professor Michael Binder share his personal faith story on Wednesday, March 23. Professor Binder will address these two questions: “Why am I a Christian?” and “What difference does Jesus make in my life?”
This talk is part of a speaker series here at Luther Seminary called “Why Jesus?” The “Why Jesus” series was begun in the spring of 2019 by a group of faculty, staff, and students who were seeking to model the Christian practice of testimony – sharing faith stories and witnessing to God’s work in our lives. The series, interrupted by the pandemic, will resume this spring, with one speaker every month (March 23, April 27, May 25).
Lunch will be provided for those in person. Those unable to attend in person can participate via Zoom. The talk will be held in Dining Room C in the Olson Campus Center this Wednesday, March 23, after chapel, noon-1 p.m. Central.
The Zoom link for the “Why Jesus” talks is on this Google Document. You must be logged into your Luther account in order to access the document.
