Welcome back to in-person worship! During the fall semester, chapel is every day at 11 a.m., Monday through Friday, in Olson Campus Center’s Chapel of the Incarnation.

Liturgy of the Hours: Matins
A setting of Morning Prayer from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship book, led by Hans Lundquist and other Luther Seminary students. Beginning September 29 this service will be recorded live and will be distributed to the community as a podcast. You are welcome to come to the Chapel of Incarnation each week to pray along with Morning Prayer as it is being recorded.

Prayers for the Healing of the Nations
A contemplative service of scripture, prayer, song, and lighting of candles as signs of hope for places in the world that need our prayers.

ONLINE ACCESS: Tuesday and Wednesday’s chapel services will be streamed live on Zoom. The Zoom link will be provided in the community announcements email.

You are invited to see two of the great treasures on the Luther Seminary campus: the Rare Book Room and Muskego Chapel. Professor Kathryn Schifferdecker will be in the Rare Book Room (at the top of the stairs on the third floor of Gullixson Hall) and Professor Mark Granquist will be in Muskego Chapel (behind the library and up from the parking lot) from noon to 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 20, to give tours and to answer questions. Everyone in the Luther Seminary community is welcome to participate.

Be on the lookout for an email invitation to complete your annual Title IX training. This email, from EverFi, will include instructions and a link to the training, which must be completed by October 4. After this date, you will have a registration hold placed on your account. Questions regarding the training, policy, or holds should be directed to the campus Title IX coordinator, Peter Susag (psusag001@luthersem.edu).
