Friday morning yoga

If the snow and cold has you dreading the winter months and wondering how you are going to be able to move your body and be in community, have no fear! Elizabeth Schoenknecht has agreed to lead a yoga class series via Zoom this fall at 10:15 a.m. Central Friday mornings.

Come join us to get your body moving indoors and be present with your fellow community members. You can come to any or all of the sessions, and all abilities and levels of experience are welcome.

There will be a four-week session beginning next week. An additional three-week session will begin after Thanksgiving break. Mark your calendars! The schedule is as follows:

October 30
November 6
November 13
November 20
-Thanksgiving Break-
December 4
December 11
December 18

A reminder with the Zoom link will be sent out every Thursday prior.
