New Structure and Name Change to Graduate Theological Education (G.T.E.)

Posted on June 30, 2020

The office of Graduate Theological Education is being restructured. It will now be named the office of Advanced Theological Education (A.T.E.). This office will be responsible for the Th.M. and Ph.D. programs. Guillermo Hansen will continue to oversee the work of these programs with the title of director.

The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) programs will now fall under the name Advanced Ministerial Leadership Studies and continue to be overseen by current directors Karoline Lewis and Dwight Zscheile. The D.Min. programs’ last cohort of students will complete this year. Work is in process to review and restructure these programs, and decisions are expected in the coming academic year.

Administrative support for these programs will continue to be carried out by Jennifer Mullenix in her current role of program coordinator.

These changes will take effect as of July 1, 2020.
