The Luther Seminary Admissions Office is looking for faculty, students, and staff who would like to be a part of a reach-out campaign to our newly admitted students to provide encouragement, prayer, and support. Visit our call campaign document to sign up by the end of the week.
The realities of our current public health crisis are undoubtedly affecting the lives of our incoming students, and we are committed to continue in their accompaniment, whatever the context. How do we do this? We’ll welcome their stories; invite prayer requests, questions and concerns; and listen to how God is moving in their lives.
The Admissions Office will provide materials to support you in your calls. If you are interested, we ask that you commit to a Zoom orientation at 3 p.m., Monday, April 20, and a Zoom debrief session at 3 p.m., Monday, April 27. You will be asked to work through a small list of calls during the week between these meetings. If you want to help but can’t attend a meeting, please sign up anyway and make a note so that the Admissions Office can reach out to you individually.
