Civil Rights as a Faith Movement

Professor Amy Marga will be hosting the first of a series of film viewings and a discussion on the politics, history, and theology of the Civil Rights Movement on Sunday, October 27th from 5:00-8:00pm in Gullixson 101.

The film being shown will be the documentary “13th” directed by Ava Duvernay. All levels of knowledge and engagement with issues of racial injustice are welcome, and a light dinner will be provided.
