New Student Course Planning Information

Posted on June 19, 2019

Have questions about which courses to take? Wondering where to find your degree requirements?

We’ve compiled some information to help you navigate your program requirements and our new course schedule.
Registration tips for:

Residential & Commuter students

Distributed Learning students

There is a new 12-month academic calendar and a new course delivery modality called “residential focus courses” (RFC), both of which will allow greater flexibility for all our students. We’ve created an information page on Inside Luther Seminary outlining all the changes. Please review the information carefully, here.

Information about how to read the online course schedule to determine which courses are residential, online or RFC here.

If you still have questions after reviewing this information, you can view and sign up for a 1:1 course planning appointment here.

This information is also outlined in the Course Planning & Academic Advising section of the 2019-20 New Student Information course in Moodle.
Email advising@luthersem.edu with questions.
