Lower Campus development plans presentation, July 9
Master Properties and its development partners will host a session on Tuesday, July 9 for students, faculty, and staff to learn about plans for the redevelopment of the Lower Campus. The session will take place 12 – 1 pm in Olson Campus Center 10. A live stream of the event is available by clicking on this link: https://luthersem.zoom.us/j/6516413462.

In February, Luther Seminary announced that it agreed to sell the Lower Campus (Northwestern Hall, Stub Hall, LDR, Fulham St. houses and surrounding area) to Master Properties and its partners. The buyers will redevelop the area to provide affordable housing, market rate housing and senior housing.

Internet Maintenance – Overnight 6/26-6/27
One of our redundant Internet Service Providers will be performing emergency maintenance on Internet fiber circuits.
During this time, there will be two brief 2-5 minute period where some internet traffic may reroute to secondary internet providers.

10:00pm – 5:00am
Estimated Downtime within Maint. Window:
Internet Traffic: two separate 2-5 minutes windows while internet traffic reroutes to redundant providers.
If on campus, you may see a short 2-5 minute disruption in your ability to get to some web sites or streaming services.
If off campus, you may experience a short 2-5 minute disruption in your ability to get to some Luther Seminary services.

Submit Counseling/Spiritual Direction Receipts for Reimbursement
This is a reminder that our fiscal year ends on June 30th, 2019. If you have receipts for reimbursement from counseling and/or spiritual direction that took place between July 1st, 2018 – June 30th, 2019, those receipts must be submitted by Wednesday, July 3rd.

Community Potluck – Wednesday, June 26, following Chapel
This Wednesday, June 26, we will be having our first Summer Community Potluck in the Northwestern Atrium. We would love to see you all there! Bring your favorite hotdish, salad, baked good, or some other dish to share, and come join in fellowship with staff, faculty and students who are on campus for this final week of intensives.
Please note that instead of beginning at 11:30 am, the potluck will begin following chapel (most likely around noon). The community is encouraged to attend chapel at 11 am, as Pastor Justin will be preaching and presiding for the last time as our seminary pastor. Following worship, come on over to Northwestern for food and fellowship!
Luther Place Lot Closed
The Luther Place parking lot will have a final layer of asphalt set on June 24 and 25. Please use the parking available at NWH, OCC and Bockman lots.
