Commencement Parking Is Free–but enter through the Central Lutheran entrances, not City of Minneapolis-owned entrance.

Parking will be free; the arms of the Central Lutheran machines will be lifted at the end of the service. If you need to take a ticket on the way in please do so, you will not be charged as you exit.
